Here at Acrylic Craft we always strive to keep our production lead times to an minimum which generally is around 3-5 days. This means when your order is placed and paid for it can take this amount of time for your goods to be produced before being shipped out.

As of 2021, we have a fantastic new feature, where our system calculates the lead times per order, this is always live and can be seen on the checkout / basket before you pay!

Express Items

Our new Express Item feature, is for items which we have in stock, and ready to go, these are dispatched the same, or next working day. As they are pre made, the colour and quantity is fixed to what is currently available. This is reserved for our most popular items.

Adding a standard item means your express item will be delivered as per the lead time of the slowest item. If you need them faster, then place a separate order for both types as we cannot split orders.

Busy periods

Due to order volumes, occasionally it may be necessary to increase the lead time on item production to help cope with demand. All lead times are displayed on the checkout page to see before you place an order. Please ensure you pay attention to the displayed lead times before contacting us about an order you may still be waiting for.

Exceptions

We process all orders by the time and date the order is made. This ensures that all customers are treated equally in processing time and we do not offer any type of rush service for this reason.
