Cancellations and Returns
Most items on this site are made to order, and such, they fall outside the scope of the Consumer Contract Regulations (2013) with regards to consumer rights.

As a B2B store refunds will only be issued if the item is damaged or faulty.

We will not process refunds for items that have been personalised. All items should be returned in their original packaging and in the condition of receipt. No refunds will be issued if your item has been adjusted in any way.

All refund requests must be made through the RMA section of your account.

All damages are to reported to us using the above method within 3 Days of receiving your order, any longer than this and refunds will not be issued.

Returns must be posted back to us within 14 days of purchase, returns that are sent after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note, you must inspect and check your items for damage with 3 days of the delivered date, as claims for obvious transit damage will not be entertained after this time.

If your item is damaged upon delivery, please take a picture, and let us know how it was packed so we can improve our packaging, and send it to us at hello@acryliccraft.com we will happily remake and resend the item to you.

Please note, our digital designs, by their very nature are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
