Cancellations and Returns
Most items on this site are made to order, and such, they fall outside the scope of the Consumer Contract Regulations (2013) with regards to consumer rights.

We have a total satisfaction guarantee on all our items, if they are not to your liking, just return them to us within 14 days. Made to order items may, however, incur a 25% restocking fee if they are found to be without fault or issue. You will not be reimbursed for return postage for any reason unless the item is damaged and we have asked you to return the item to us. Most of the time, we only require a picture of the item delivered to refund or replace damaged items.

Please note, you must inspect and check your items for damage with 14 days of the delivered date, as claims for obvious transit damage will not be entertained after this time.

If your item is damaged upon delivery, please take a picture, and let us know how it was packed so we can improve our packaging.and send it to us at we will happily remake and resend the item to you.

Please note, our digital designs, by their very nature are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
