Delivery & Rates
Our delivery terms

We have 2 methods of delivery, for small orders we now use Tracked 48 (or Airmail). and for larger orders we use a courier service. This is usually DPD Classic.

Please note: Northern Ireland, and islands and highlands go on a 2 day service as next day delivery is not available to these areas.

Our typical lead time for dispatch is shown on each item before ordering, please note we do not offer a rush fee, and all delivery timescales are AFTER the order has dispatched, so please allow plenty of time for your order to be manufactured and dispatched. This allows us to order any material required (we do keep extensive stocks but your order may require more than we stock) manufacture your items, and then get them ready for dispatch. In certain cases (such as large volumes or orders) it may take longer, but you will be notified by email if this is the case. If you require your orders in a rush, then please contact us, depending on current workloads it may be possible to reduce the time taken to dispatch the items.

We will always dispatch your items as soon as they are ready, any delays and you will be notified and asked if you wish to proceed.

Our delivery rates are based on weight and destination, so smaller orders will be eligible for our small and light service.

We do offer free UK postage over £60 to mainland UK. This is for any and all items on the site.

We also dispatch worldwide, however, due to the heavy nature of acrylic, it may not be economically viable. Please contact us if you have any doubt.

Custom Charges and Brexit

Custom fees and VAT / duties are payable by the customer and this now applies to all European and Worldwide customers. If you are unsure as to the approximate value of these charges, please contact us, or your local customs and excise.

All of our products originate in the UK, as the material is also UK manufactured. Duties will not be payable in Europe, however, your local VAT rate and customs clearance fees will be payable to the local courier on receipt. We only use a DDU (Delivered, Duty Unpaid) service at this current time.
